Companies that are not registered in Pakistan should end business cooperation with the PTA.

The PTA has recommended action against unregistered social media companies for non-cooperation in blocking indecent content.

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority has recommended action against unregistered social media companies that do not cooperate in blocking indecent content on social media.

The PTA has asked companies that are not registered in Pakistan to stop doing business with them, and the government should issue directives to all regulators.

The PTA record expresses that the public authority ought to give guidelines to the State Bank, SECP, FBR, and Service of Commerce that any organization should check the status of social media companies with PT before doing business.

The PTA has said that social media companies consider themselves above Pakistani law, and have not cooperated in blocking immoral blasphemous content.

PTA has recommended that social media companies be given final notice for registration and blocking of content, fines against unregistered companies under social media laws, and closure of companies that ignore the instructions of the government of Pakistan.
