Coffee machine, wooden table, decor and kitchen equipment up
for auction
Elon Musk has launched an auction of the company's valuables
to bail out Twitter.
Furniture, decor and kitchenware and more from Twitter's headquarters were auctioned off in an online auction that lasted more than 24 hours on Wednesday in San Francisco, including Twitter's historic bird logo. It was sold for $40,000.
Apart from this, office coffee machine, pizza oven, printing
equipment, sofas were also offered for auction.
In November of last year, Elon Musk issued a warning by
tweeting that the company is going to financial loss, and the Twitter bank
might be corrupt, on the other hand, the news also came out in the last few
days that Twitter did not rent the San Francisco office. Sued for giving.
Elon Musk said in December that he had fixed the company's dire financial situation by cutting costs, laying off nearly half of Twitter's 7,500 employees just weeks after buying it.
Elon Musk says he's been "cutting costs like
crazy" since buying Twitter for $44 billion. According to Elon Musk, his
strategy is to reduce expenses on a large scale while increasing income, and
for this purpose, he has set a subscription fee for Bluetooth.
Twitter has been in turmoil since Elon Musk took control of
the company, which has seen a rise in racist or hateful tweets, including mass
layoffs, and reinstatement of banned accounts.
